Online booking is available for your convenience. Please keep in mind that all insurance verifications can take up to three business days. Clients are responsible for fees at the time of their visit, until insurance coverage is verified.

Melanie strives to provide care to clients of all kinds.  If you have a financial hardship, please call to discuss your unique needs.  Accommodations can be made for clients with lower incomes.

Please note that more insurance policies are covering acupuncture.  If you have health insurance, Melanie will verify your coverage at your first visit - free of charge!  Melanie takes the following insurance plans:

- Cigna and Aetna (out of network)

- Independence, Blue Cross Blue Shield (in network)

- United Healthcare, including UHC Community Plans and UHC/Optum VA CCN

(Veterans must bring a Dept of Veterans Affairs referral number to their first visit)
